Enlistment

Enlisted at Canterbury on the 1st of March 1852.

Age: 20.

Height: 5' 7".

Service

At the Scutari General Hospital from the 14th of September and sent to rejoin the regiment on the 23rd of November 1854.

Sent to Scutari again on the 27th of January 1855, where he died on the 17th of April 1855.

Medals & commemorations

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasp for Sebastopol.

Died in the "General Hospital" at Scutari on the 17th of April 1855.

He left no will, and had £31/9/1d in his "credits."
