Born at Berkhampstead.
He was born on the 17th of May 1829 and baptised in the Independent Chapel at Berkhampstead on the 1st of June 1829, the son of James Weedon, a labourer, and his wife, Hannah, nee Daniels.
His parents were married in the same chapel on the 14th of May 1827.
Enlisted at London on the 1st of December 1854.
Age: 18.
Height: 5' 6".
Trade: Labourer.
Joined the regiment in the Crimea on the 25th of May 1855.
"Deserted" from Hounslow on the 28th of July 1857.
Can find no further trace to March of 1865.
Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasp for Sebastopol.
