Enlistment

Enlisted on the 21st of April 1854.

No other enlistment details are shown.

Service

Joined the regiment in the Crimea on the 28th of May 1855.

Sick at Scutari from the end of June until invalided to England aboard the "Clifton of Arabia" on the 24th of October 1855.

Died at Portsmouth on the 22nd December 1855 [presumably still serving]

Medals & commemorations

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasp for Sebastopol and the Turkish medal.

Death & burial

Died at Portsmouth on the 22nd of December 1855. He left no will, his credits being £2/4/9d.
