Enlisted at London on the 28th of December 1854.

Height: 5' 6".

Trade: Servant.

Service

Joined the regiment in the Crimea on the 14th of June 1855.

"Absent" from the 23rd of August — 7th of September 1857 and confined in the Military prison at Aldershot until the 13th of September 1857.

Discharge & pension

Discharged, "time expired", from Edinburgh on the 25th of February 1867. Conduct: "good".

In possession of two Good Conduct badges.

Medals

Entitled to the Crimean medal with clasp for Sebastopol.
